NEW TRIMMABLE SURFACE DRIVE WINS INNOVATION AWARD

Pulse Drive, Marine Trimmable Surface Drives, Utilizing Surface Piercing Propellers, Designed by Harry Schoell The industry's finest came together at the recent BoatBuilding 2002 show in Atlanta, Georgia, to participate in the Innovation Awards. Presented by the National Marine Manufacturers Association and judged by members of Boating Writers International, the awards represent innovative distinction in the marine industry. Pulse-Drive Systems International (PSI), a leading designer and manufacturer of trimmable surface drives, received the award in the propulsion category for its 1750 Dual.

Tony Mills, president of PSI accepted the award. "I'm honored to receive the award and have our propulsion

system recognized by the industry. The award brings credibility to our design and the company's capabilities.

"The 1750 Dual trimmable surface drive increases boat speed, efficiency and reliability. It provides a quiet and exhaust-free ride, and has excellent control in slow speed and reversing conditions. It weighs
435 pounds and is suitable for craft up to 50'. The 1750 Dual is rated for twin, 800-hp engines.
