August 12, 2001 Harry Schoell Dear Harry, I want to thank you and your staff for the many phone calls I have made to you while researching and eventually purchasing the PSI Drive for my 30 foot tour boat. I am excited to think that all the years of maintaining an I/O with the many moving parts, etc. are a thing of the past. You know the problems I have encountered with the boat maker, and through it all you have been upfront, honest and most all correct in all your predictions concerning the outcome of how the boat would handle, right down to the exact miles per hour that the boat would top out at. After the boat would not handle to my liking, your suggestion and application of after-planners and modifying the hull helped the boat perform to expectation.
