Pulse-Drive Systems International LLP LIMITED WARRANTY FOR PULSE DRIVE

Pulse-Drive Systems International LLP, hereafter referred to as PSI, a Florida Corporation, warrants to the original purchaser through the selling dealer each PULSE DRIVE, excluding all accessories and equipment not manufactured by PSI, to be free from material and workmanship defect for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase provided that a registration card has been
filed with the manufacturer within 30 days of the date of sale.

ALL CLAIMS must be handled through an authorized servicing dealer or PSI factory service center and ALL WORK must be approved by PSI before it is performed.

FREIGHT expenses to and from the PSI plant, are the sole responsibilities of the purchaser unless specific written authorization for freight expenses are received from PSI.

THIS WARRANTY does not apply to:
a. Any Drive that has been subjected to misuse, negligence, rented, leased, sanctioned racing, or involved in an accident. (Contact PSI for warranty on commercial or other non-specified use.)
b. Freight damage.
c. Gel-coat, paint, chrome or anodized finishes.
d. Other equipment installed by others and damages caused by their installation unless by an authorized PSI servicing dealer or PSI factory service center or prior written approval by PSI.
e. Problems caused by addition or deletion to structure or any change in the basic structure of the Drive or conditions existing at time of purchase.
f. Equipment and accessories not manufactured by PSI, I.E., Steering, metal propellers, transmissions, trim lock.
g. Controls, transmissions, coolers, and propellers. (Adjustments to these items are provided by their manufacturers).
h. Any application on which the maximum ratings specified by PSI has been exceeded.
i. Any Drive damaged by hauling on an improper trailer, transportation, display or demonstration damage.
j. Normal maintenance services (i.e.) U-joints, bearings, seals.

PSI, STATES THIS WARRANTY IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES ON THE PART OF THE MANUFACTURER. PSI DOES NOT ASSUME, NOR AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OBLIGATION OR LIABILITIES IN CONNECTION WITH PSI DRIVES.

PSI, reserves the right to make changes in design of its drives from time to time without being obligated to update previously produced models in inventories of dealers, distributors, OEM, and/or users hands.
